Do you handle electrical work?
Yes—basic fixture swaps and installs are covered, but full rewiring or panel upgrades need a licensed electrician. If it’s replacing an existing light or ceiling fan, you’re good.
What about plumbing?
Light plumbing only. Swapping a faucet, hooking up a sink, installing a toilet, replacing a disposal—those are in the wheelhouse. Full re-pipes? That’s a different lane.
Can I provide the parts or fixtures?
Of course. Just make sure everything’s compatible with your space (especially for sinks and appliances). If you’re unsure, send photos before buying.
How long do installs usually take?
Most take an hour or two. Some, like dishwashers or multiple fixtures, may run longer. If it’s a combo of tasks, it can be quoted as one block.
